Owner/Susan Feagin
Owner and founder of Southern Pure, Susan Feagin.
Susan is a Charleston Native. After High School at R.B. Stall High School, she attended Coastal Carolina and TTC. She earned her degree in Human Services at Trident Technical College. Growing up in North Charleston, she has a great love for the people and history of "The Lowcountry." Susan spent over 15 years working as the Accounting/HR Manager at a local law firm. Supporting her Sister during her journey with ovarian cancer, she realized accounting wasn't her destiny. Helping people was her true calling. Seeing the mental & physical agony her sister(and many other close friends & family) endured while fighting Cancer profoundly changed her outlook on life. Learning by watching how her Sister lived her life, even while battling cancer, she knew her life held more than sitting behind a desk..
Southern Pure was born. For us, living "Southern Pure" is for everyone. Healthy Mind, Body and Spirit is where quality life begins. At any age. 20's, 30's 50's and on, we bring experience in all stages of your journey. Megan Patton
Megan Patton, Manager, also a Charleston native, is responsible for getting the Owner (her mom) the initial idea for starting this business. Megan partnered with Susan in our first kiosk in Northwoods Mall. She knew there was a need for a Southern Pure that was lacking in the Tri-County area. Megan's idea, some brainstorming and a bit of pushing her mom. The need to make a difference was born. Megan graduated from Fort Dorchester High and attended Trident Technical College. Megan comes with extensive knowledge in managing the unique nature of "local & family" business. She worked for many years with her father in a successful business, along with years of working at the law firm her mother managed. We like to consider her the Personality Interrupter of our team. At 27, she's navigated many personality types. Megan. is also our resident new Mommie. After taking a break to bring a beautiful daughter into our world, she brings a "new mom" perspective. She's your perfect person to discuss new mom anxiety or all the changes that come with pregnancy postpartum. and new baby life. Megan is why we added "TODDLER TUESDAY" a 10% off promo day for all moms.
