Yes, we offer one of the most liberal return policies in the business.  We only purchase inventory from reputable companies. You learn in this business a solid relationship with quality brands equates to a "stand behind your product" policy. We, in-turn, pass that on to our customers. In the rare instance, your device is malfunctioning, you have 3 days to notify us via physical return to the store, email or phone. All we ask is that you save your device & return to us. (Box/Packaging if able.) PLEASE don't bring us an empty device without proof of a leak. If you are a loyalty customer, no receipt needed. If you haven't joined our loyalty program (you should-lots of perks!) you must have your receipt for an even exchange or cash return.
